Falls, damaged displays or damaged electrical components - the list of possible damage to mobile devices is long. Operational Intelligence monitors and logs all drops so that users can make an immediate assessment of the damage. For printers, it monitors the print head point at all times and prompts for cleaning or print head replacement. This prevents problems and avoids potential declines in productivity.

Poorly performing access points, frequent user reboots and complaints about slow running systems prevent smooth operations. Operational Intelligence monitors key wireless parameters such as retries, signal strength, connection and disconnection of access points and alerts IT teams early if network performance changes.

Software problems are typically caused by new, not fully tested software that is distributed on mobile devices for workers.
