COT's system integration is divided into several phases to provide you with the best possible solution. Our application engineers draw on solutions that have already proven themselves in your industry or alternatively adapt them specifically to your needs.

Of course, we also provide you with the corresponding test devices. This way you can be sure that the selected hardware and software really meets your requirements. Our system consulting concludes with the definition of all project requirements and the presentation of solution approaches.

Installation

We take care of the installation of printing systems and wireless data components for you. This includes connecting newly delivered systems to existing network environments.
The configuration of the network or driver settings can be additionally agreed upon by arrangement.

This is one of COT's core competencies. Quality acceptance of all components up to the coordination of labels and consumables is a matter of course for us. Subsequently, we train users and system administrators. This ensures that your system is quickly accepted by employees and optimally utilized in daily operations.

Commissioning

Our experts handle the installation and commissioning of various devices such as label printers, barcode scanners, specialty printers, WLAN components, mobile or stationary terminals. Individual software adaptations as well as installations are also part of our service.

Perfect functionality of all devices is the prerequisite for a smooth workflow. Through various test runs during installation and commissioning, we ensure that all requirements are met and error-free implementation into existing IT structures is guaranteed.

Upon request, we are also available to you after commissioning.

WLAN Management

Professional radio coverage surveys, also called radio measurement or site survey, aim to determine the number of required access points and their optimal position for a given location. There are many factors that play a role in radio signal quality. Starting from radio shadows, channel management up to the correct antenna selection, spatial conditions also play an important role in WLAN radio coverage surveys.

Radio coverage surveys for new buildings through simulation

To obtain representative results for the later application of the wireless data system, radio coverage surveys should take place under real conditions typical for the location. Alternatively, radio coverage surveys for new buildings can be simulated with appropriate software and knowledge of the building materials used.
