System integration
From specification to system consulting - we offer you all-round support
COT's system integration is divided into several phases in order to offer you the best possible solution. Our application engineers draw on solutions that have already proven themselves in your industry or, alternatively, adapt them specifically to your requirements.
Of course, we also provide you with the appropriate test equipment. This way you know for sure whether the hardware and software you have selected really meets your requirements. Our system consulting concludes with the definition of all requirements for the project and the identification of possible solutions.
Installation
We take care of the installation of printing systems and wireless data components for you. This includes the connection of newly delivered systems to existing network environments.
The configuration of the network and driver settings can also be agreed by arrangement.
This is one of COT's core competencies. It goes without saying that we carry out a quality inspection of all components, including the coordination of labels and consumables. We then train users and system administrators. In this way, we ensure that your system is quickly accepted by your employees and is used optimally in day-to-day operations.
Commissioning
Our experts install and commission a wide range of devices such as label printers, barcode scanners, special printers, WLAN components and mobile or stationary terminals. Individual software adaptations and installations are also part of our service.
Faultless functionality of all devices is the prerequisite for a smooth workflow. Through various test runs during installation and commissioning, we ensure that all requirements are met and that error-free implementation into existing IT structures is guaranteed.
On request, we are also available to you after commissioning.
We take care of the maintenance of the supplied devices and our service team will provide you with quick and uncomplicated support in the event of problems and faults. Further information can be found on our "Auto-ID service pages".
WLAN management
The aim of professional radio surveys, also known as radio measurements or site surveys, is to determine the number of access points required and their optimum position for a given location. There are many factors that play a role in radio signal quality. From radio shadows and channel management to the right choice of antenna, spatial conditions also play an important role in WLAN radio coverage.
Radio illumination also for new buildings through simulation
In order to obtain representative results for the subsequent use of the radio data system, radio illuminations should be carried out under real operating conditions typical for the location. Alternatively, radio illuminations in new buildings can be simulated with the appropriate software and knowledge of the building materials used.
