Experienced and excellently trained personnel offer our customers a broad spectrum of solutions, from system installation through on-site service to data analysis and program development. Service concepts of various types offer our customers a variety of choices and allow customization to their respective needs. In particular, the prevailing environmental conditions at the deployment site are taken into consideration.

Multilingual telephone support is available to assist our customers. The extensive experience and high-quality training of this team enables short-term restoration of system operational readiness through telephone assistance. Should a problem not be solvable by telephone, we have our own, highly trained service technicians throughout Germany who will gladly support you on-site with any issues.

On-Site Service

With our Germany-wide network of service technicians, we offer you competent and experienced service that is always there for you when it matters. With us, you not only get the desired hardware and software, but we also take care of smooth operations after installation. This includes on-site installations, maintenance and repairs of printing systems and much more.

In case of a problem, we offer you short-term on-site appointments for quick and professional troubleshooting. This saves you time and money for shipping devices, as often only minor adjustments are needed to make a defective device functional again. Should necessary spare parts be missing for a deployment, we can send them to our technicians via overnight express.
