The Zebra RS5100 scanner has a removable battery that can be replaced at any time. This ensures an uninterrupted power supply - and rapid amortisation. Choose the battery that best suits your needs - the standard battery (>12 hours) or the extended battery (>18 hours).

Bluetooth Class 1 allows flexible connections with hosts up to 90 metres (300 feet) away, and Bluetooth Class 2 allows low-power connections with devices up to 9 metres (30 feet) away, such as wearable computers on the wrist or hip. The rugged design can withstand the inevitable drops, bumps, dust and water found in warehouses, as well as the static discharges typical in winter that can be dangerous to sensitive electronics. The electronic components of the Zebra RS5100 Enterprise handheld cradle are not integrated, reducing recurring costs and environmental impact. Simply dispose of the fabric accessories when needed. The plastic cradle and trigger for the Zebra RS5100 wearable scanner can be reused with a new fabric accessory. The result? A solution that avoids electronic waste and is therefore much more environmentally friendly.

This wearable solution also offers maximum flexibility. Because the Zebra RS5100 wearable scanner is compatible with all five interchangeable accessories - including the finger cradle with single or dual triggers, a strap and the back-of-hand cradle - you can easily switch wearing styles to support different preferences and use cases.
