Built to withstand dust, splashes, and full immersion, these ultra-rugged sleds can survive drops onto concrete from up to 1.8 meters (IP65 & IP67 rated). With an impressive read rate of 1,300 tags per second, the Zebra RFD90 sleds enable rapid inventory counts and precise workflows. The RFD9030 model offers a standard read range of 6.7 meters (22 ft), while the RFD9090 extends to an impressive 22.9 meters (75 ft). The highly accurate item-finder mode allows workers to quickly and easily locate essential items. A programmable triple-function trigger provides convenient access to RFID reading, barcode scanning, and other workflow-specific tasks. With a powerful 7,000 mAh battery, the RFD90 sleds support extended operation hours.

Flexible Charging. Innovative Docking Stations.

Charging solutions for Zebra RFD90 sleds offer flexible power options for both the sled and the mobile computer. Each docking cradle includes two charging contacts and can charge the RFD90 sled and mobile computer separately or together when connected. A universal docking cradle allows the sled to charge alongside third-party devices via a USB-A port.

Mobile computers can be swapped easily without tools, requiring only a coin screw. Docking stations for the Zebra RFD90 sleds are available in single- and multi-device configurations, with both charging-only and communication-enabled options. Single-device communication cradles feature a micro-USB port for PC connectivity, while multi-device docking stations include an Ethernet port for seamless enterprise network integration. This enables remote sled management, configuration setup, firmware updates, and performance monitoring—giving you greater control with minimal effort.
