The performance-oriented Zebra / Motorola AP 6532 dual-radio wireless access point equipped with 802.11n radio technology offers higher throughput rates and dual-radio performance while utilizing WiNG 5 intelligence at the network periphery.
This versatile access point utilizes Motorola's popular 802.11n band-sharing radios. This allows IT to use the second radio to provide WiFi access or as a dedicated wireless sensor that scans both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands to ensure network reliability and security.
The access point continues to operate even if the connection to a local or remote controller is interrupted. The Zebra / Motorola AP 6532 can act as a virtual controller, coordinating the operation of up to 24 neighboring access points for mobility and QoS services.
