The face-up output and just-in-time printing provide optimum conditions for integrating the Microplex SOLID 90A3 into production lines.
Minimal downtimes thanks to extremely long maintenance intervals reduce interruptions to production processes to a minimum. Toner can even be refilled during printing operations. The resolution of the Microplex SOLID 90A3 is adjustable from 300 dots per inch (dpi) to max. 1200 dpi. 1200 dpi corresponds to approx. 48 dots per mm. The maximum print speed is 90 A4 pages per minute. In A3 format, up to 47 pages per minute can be achieved.
The Microplex SOLID 90A3 can process different papers with a weight of 60 to 220 g/m² (with options up to 300 g/m²) and formats from A5R to A3W from adjustable cassettes. This printing system offers many flexible expansion options for paper feed, delivery and finishing. This enables the Microplex SOLID 90 A3 to be integrated into demanding production environments. The Microplex SOLID 90A3 is supplied as standard with one 1,200 or 800 sheet paper tray (A4/Letter) and two adjustable 500 sheet paper trays (A5R to A3W or B5R to A3W).
