The Custom Smart Charge Locker (SCL) offers an intelligent, secure, and flexible solution for charging and storing your electronic devices. This innovative device management system combines a wide range of features to significantly increase the efficiency of your processes.

The Smart Charge Locker manages and monitors the collection and return of devices based on user credentials such as job role, location, or scheduled tasks. This ensures full transparency and control over your entire device fleet.

While stored inside the locker, devices are automatically charged and will be fully powered when collected. Users can authenticate themselves using barcodes, RFID, or PIN codes via the touchscreen interface – enabling simple, secure, and role-based access.

If a returned device is detected as faulty, users can submit a note or RMA request directly on the touchscreen. The system will then automatically notify the responsible IT department or service desk via email.
